We build your daycare and provide the necessary furniture and equipment you will need. When we build your centre, you benefit from our design layouts that are planned so that you can maximize the number of children in your daycare while having a very aesthetically pleasing centre. Our designs are loved by both children and parents. We have worked extensively with a team of architects and engineers to come up with these designs. Our designs are approved by the Ministry of Education.

 

Licensing

The most important step in opening a daycare is licensing. This business needs several licenses and permits. We guarantee that all licensing and permits will be ready for you, as well as all manuals and legal policies you need to run your centre. Our working relationship with the Ministry allows us to complete all licensing in a timely fashion. 

 

Food & Nutrition Program

We have successfully developed menus filled with fresh, nutritious and balanced meals. We embrace the “Healthy Bodies, Healthy Minds” philosophy. Our nutrition program enhances children’s health as well as their learning. We have also developed a separate a menu for infants to meet their nutritional needs.

Teaching Curriculum 

We provide you with an excellent teaching curriculum that complies with the requirements of the Ministry of Education. You can adjust that program to fit your vision. It is the ideal starting point for your new childcare centre as it combines several successful teaching philosophies (Montessori, Reggio and Play-Based).

Real Estate

We find the perfect property for your centre. We work with several real estate companies to find the best location for your business and negotiate a great deal for your site. There are limited properties that have the proper zoning and meet ministry requirements for a daycare facility. The process of rezoning is lengthy and expensive and there are no guarantees that the rezoning will be approved. We deal with the zoning well before the facility is handed to you. We also research the demographics of the area to make sure that your location has a high demand for childcare.

We provide services that are personalized to fit your request. These services include but are not limited to consulting, help with marketing (website, etc.), assistance recruiting and training your staff, etc. We make sure to create a well-oiled machine that runs itself by giving you all the tools you need to succeed.
